Kristin Fisher will join CNN in 2021. She will be the Space and Defense Correspondent. As a correspondent, she is responsible for covering everything including NASA's new Space Force to commercial space businesses and the advent space tourism. Kristin's parents are both NASA astronauts. Kristin spent her childhood in space, and she has since been a White House reporter for FOX News reporting on the Trump and Biden Administrations in space matters. During that time, she was also a reporter covering impeachment proceedings for the president as well as the presidential campaign for 2020 and the efforts of two administrations in order to stop the spread of the Coronavirus. Former president Donald Trump traveled to Afghanistan for a restricted trip. Prior to becoming a part of the company in 2015, Kristin spent nearly a decade advancing through local TV news markets which included Grand Junction, Colorado; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Washington, D.C. where she was awarded an Emmy Award as a one-man-band reporter for the Washington, D.C.'s CBS affiliate. Kristin used her experience in the field to create Field Mouse Films. The company was a specialist in documentary films, and became a preferred choice of corporate clients like Uber, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin is earned a Bachelor in Science in Journalism, which she received at Boston University. Kristin is married with a daughter, and their 3-year-old daughter in Washington, D.C.
